Cutlet with Scamorza

Tasty chicken breast fillet cutlet from AIA enriched with a delicious filling of smoked scamorza cheese.

 

IN A HOT NON-STICK PAN:
To serve the "Valdostana cutlet" hot and golden, heat a drizzle of oil and cook it for 6 minutes, turning it from time to time.

 

IN A PREHEATED FAN OVEN:
Preheat the oven to 220°C and place the "Valdostana cutlet" in a baking dish without any seasoning. Then bake it in the already hot oven for 11 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking.

 

IN AN AIR FRYER:
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 190°C. Once hot, place the "Valdostana cutlet" in the basket and cook for 8 minutes.
